I believe when your child is well rested the health of your entire family improves. My goal is to guide you on your journey to teaching your child independent sleep skills to last a lifetime. I will provide you with open and honest information on why sleep is so important for your child's health and wellness and offer you a sleep plan that accommodates the needs of your family, living situation and parenting style. I will NEVER ask you to leave your child to cry alone or ignore your child's cries. We will work together as a team to solve your child's sleep problems and guide them towards independent sleep.

Fitness Classes

Proudly offering Oh Baby! Fitness classes for new and expectant mothers. Oh Baby! Fitness offers the widest variety of perinatal exercise classes in the nation. Classes are safely designed to take moms through pregnancy and birth and into the toddler years with their child. Our classes help moms Get fit, bond with their baby and make new friends.

About Me

Hey there! Welcome to Serenity Sleep and Wellness! My name is Kate and I have been working with moms and babies since 2013. I have always been an advocate for healthy living and encourage families to inspire and support each other to reach their wellness goals. I believe sleep, fitness and healthy eating are the foundation of wellbeing.

 

My motto is Sleep, Eat, Move, Repeat! I feel strongly that sleep is the key to happy families! When babies sleep the entire family is well rested and ready to attack life with enthusiasm. I hold a Bachelors Degree from Clark University, and a diploma from The Muscular Therapy Institute. I am a constant student of sleep science and am a Certified Sleep Sense Consultant.

 

I am an Oh Baby! Fitness Perinatal Exercise Expert, an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and hold multiple certifications in individual fitness disciplines like water aerobics, indoor cycling and indoor rowing. I live on the South Shore of Massachusetts with my husband Brian, my two beautiful children Grady and Rosalie and our furry friends Kitty and Rocky! I look forward to working with you and your family on your journey to serene sleep and wellness.
