Congratulations on your pregnancy or new baby! During your pregnancy is a great time to learn all you can about newborn sleep habits and good sleep hygiene. Take this opportunity to build a great toolbox of skills to implement after the birth of your child to set you o on the right foot with great sleep habits. If your little one is already home it is also a great time to build that toolbox! Newborn babies 0 to 12 weeks are too young for sleep training as they need multiple night wakings to feed their growing bodies! At Serenity Sleep and Wellness we provide a Healthy Sleep Plan for newborns where we lay the groundwork for independent sleep skills and future sleep training. Let's get you and you baby on the right sleep track from day one!

Sleep challenges for toddlers and children older than two years can be very different than those of an infant. Toddlers and older children begin to push boundaries and test their limits. They often present a whole new list of sleep challenges like sleeping in big kid beds and experiencing common fears associated with bedtime. All of these problems and more can be solved with a great sleep plan!
